Meet Our Founder
Tiffany Kent, M.Ed (c) in Gifted Education, founded Bright Kids Consulting to support parents and educators raising bright, curious, and high-potential children. Whether a child is advanced in one area, highly or profoundly gifted, twice-exceptional, or simply showing strong reasoning skills without any formal assessment, Tiffany’s goal is to make brain-based parenting and executive functioning support accessible to every family.
Tiffany has experience working with families across public, private, charter, and homeschool environments, and understands the wide range of needs that can arise when supporting learners who think deeply or develop asynchronously. In addition to her background as an educator and curriculum developer, she is a mother of four bright children—including a profoundly gifted son—and was herself identified as gifted growing up. She brings both personal insight and professional expertise to help families navigate intensity, emotional needs, perfectionism, executive functioning challenges, and the complexities of advanced cognition.
Tiffany also works with expecting and new parents to nurture healthy cognitive development in babies and toddlers, offering research-backed guidance on early executive functioning, language growth, and curiosity-driven learning. She is a member of the National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC) and is committed to supporting families with practical strategies grounded in neuroscience and child development.
